HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS,
      ORGANIC HERBAL TEAS
1. Heat one tea pot full of water -- an average tea pot holds approximately
     one litre of water.

2. Pour hot water (it is better not to boil water, as boiled water
can scald leaves and flowers ) over approximately 2 cups of
herbs/flowers.

3.  If using horse-size tea strainer, fill to brim, like this:

Otherwise, allow herbs/flowers to "float."  (Remember,
giving herbs/flowers space to unfold, gives them the
room they need to release their full flavors).

4. Cover and let cool (approximately 20 minutes to one hour).

5. Pour 1/2 litre over 1-2 pounds of hay or over horse's feed
     ration.
